TELEIOS

TELEIOS

  • To accompany you in continuing to grow in your Catholic faith, Abound offers weekly nights of young adult faith formation called Teleios. Each Teleios night consists of a talk by a young adult Catholic speaker, followed by small group time and optional praise and worship. Teleios is the Greek word Jesus used in Scripture to invite us to be “perfect” as our heavenly Father is perfect, so each of our talks are centered around maturing in our Catholic faith to the extent of the fullness of Christ. Teleios is not commissioned by any parish or diocese; we are organically run by young adult Catholics who feel called to grow together in faith-based young adult community!

  • Our next season of Teleios will take place for 9 Wednesday nights, October 16th through December 18th. Our meetings are from 7:30-9pm, with optional praise and worship from 9-9:30pm.

  • Teleios will be taking place at St. Ann’s Father Vincent Pena Center.

  • Sign-ups are now closed. Reach out to the number on our website if you have any questions!

“And he gave some as apostles, others as prophets, others as evangelists, others as pastors and teachers, to equip the holy ones for work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of faith and knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood [Greek: teleios], to the extent of the full stature of Christ… living the truth in love, we should grow in every way into him who is the head, Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, with the proper functioning of each part, brings about the body’s growth and builds itself up in love.” - Ephesians 4:11-13,15-16
